Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the PatternLabs website and mobile apps. By using PatternLabs you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PatternLabs is a screening tool for crypto pairs. It helps you filter markets by volume and pattern conditions and can notify you when watched conditions are detected. Charts may be shown via TradingView or similar third-party charting. PatternLabs is not a broker, exchange, wallet, portfolio manager, or signal service that tells you what to buy or sell.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you (including those related to crypto in your country).

Not investment advice

All content, filters, shortlists, alerts, and charts are for information only. Nothing in PatternLabs is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You alone decide whether to trade and you accept the risk of loss. Crypto markets are volatile — you can lose money.

Accounts & guest use

  • You may use limited features as a guest; some features require sign-in.
  • Use a real email address you control for OTP sign-in.
  • Keep your account secure; do not share access.
  • We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, attacks, or Terms violations.
  • You can delete your account in the app (profile settings) or by contacting support.

Plans & limits

We may offer free and paid plans with different limits (for example daily pattern applies or alert watches). Limits may change. If paid subscriptions are introduced via the App Store or Google Play, Apple/Google billing terms also apply, and additional pricing terms will be shown in the store or app before purchase.

Acceptable use

  • do not reverse-engineer, disrupt, scan, or overload the API or infrastructure beyond normal app use;
  • do not automate access at scale without our prior written permission;
  • do not bypass plan limits, security, or rate limits;
  • do not use PatternLabs for unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Market data comes from exchange APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or different from the exchange UI. Charts may load TradingView (or similar) under their terms. Push delivery may use Firebase/Google. Store installs use Apple/Google. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or content.

Availability & accuracy

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect detection, or identical results to any exchange or charting platform. Filters and alerts can miss setups, arrive late, or produce false positives/negatives.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatternLabs and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on filters, shortlists, alerts, or charts. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page (date at the top). Continuing to use the service after a new version is posted means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account if you have one.
